TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Morning Toasts, as the operator, is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of our members who use our services to ensure their secure and comprehensive use of our site. In this regard, this "Morning Toasts" Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy," has been prepared to fully comply with the processing of our members' personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") and related legislation and to inform our users in this context.

This Policy is an integral part of Morning Toasts Cookie Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to determine the conditions and terms regarding the use of personal data shared by users/visitors/customers (collectively referred to as "Data Subject") with Morning Toasts during the operation of the Morning Toasts website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform") operated by Morning Toasts.

Personal data, in compliance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and all relevant legislation, may be processed by Morning Toasts for the following purposes:

Ensuring compliance with legal obligations required or mandatory by legal regulations,
Provision of software services and other outsourced services for the fulfillment of operational activities,
Conducting necessary studies by relevant units for the fulfillment of commercial activities specified in Morning Toasts' main contracts in accordance with legislation and relevant company policies, and conducting activities accordingly,
Determination, planning, and implementation of Morning Toasts' short, medium, and long-term commercial policies,
Providing effective customer service,
Offering services and promotions,
Providing information about all kinds of promotions, campaigns, and draws,
Conducting all kinds of marketing and advertising activities,
Determining visitor profiles,
Ensuring the commercial reliability of Morning Toasts,
Responding to requests, demands, and complaints and ensuring their resolution,
Providing support services to customers and visitors within the scope of contracts and service standards,

Establishing contact with individuals in a business relationship with Morning Toasts,
Marketing, compliance management, vendor/supplier management,
Planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes,
Establishment and management of information technology infrastructure,
Planning and execution of access authorizations for employee data subjects,
Monitoring and tracking financial and/or accounting transactions, including billing,
Tracking legal affairs,
Planning and execution of corporate communication activities,
Processing for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of data.

2. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred by Morning Toasts for the purposes listed below, within the legitimate and legal personal data processing purposes of Morning Toasts in accordance with the basic principles envisaged by the Law, and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

Determination, planning, and implementation of short, medium, and long-term commercial and business strategies,
Ensuring legal and commercial security of individuals with whom Morning Toasts has a business relationship (administrative operations related to communication carried out by Morning Toasts, ensuring the physical security and control of Morning Toasts' locations, evaluation processes of business partners/customers/suppliers (authorized or employees), reputation research processes, legal compliance processes, audit, financial affairs, etc.), implementation of human resources policies, communication operations, and other purposes to ensure the fulfillment of the policies,
It may be transferred to Morning Toasts officials, our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and legally authorized institutions and organizations. 3. Transfer Abroad

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law, your personal data may be transferred to foreign countries by Morning Toasts for the purposes of benefiting you from the products and services offered by Morning Toasts, carrying out the necessary work by our business units, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals in a business relationship with Morning Toasts (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our company, ensuring the physical security and control of our locations, evaluation processes of business partners/customers/suppliers (authorized or employees), reputation research processes, legal compliance processes, audit, financial affairs, etc.), determining and planning the commercial and business strategies of Morning Toasts and ensuring the execution of human resources policies, provided that your explicit consent is obtained or, in the absence of your explicit consent, in accordance with the provisions of the Law, if there is a data controller in a foreign country that provides adequate protection or if the data controller in a foreign country undertakes to provide adequate protection.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the legal obligations and, if permitted by the relevant legislation, for the period required by law. Your personal data may be collected, processed, transferred, and stored for the purposes specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your personal data may be obtained by Morning Toasts through various channels such as contacting our central office, branches, agents, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners you can contact, physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other public media, participating in training, seminars, and similar environments organized by Morning Toasts, investigation method, or other group companies or persons and institutions agreed upon by Morning Toasts, orally, in writing, by sound or image recording, or in other physical or electronic media.

Personal data collected and processed by one of the companies within the Morning Toasts group for the purpose of conducting the activities of the companies within the Morning Toasts group in line with the principles, goals, and strategies of Morning Toasts may be transferred to other companies and websites within the Morning Toasts group and may be processed by these companies and websites.

5. Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests related to your rights to Morning Toasts through the methods regulated below, Morning Toasts will conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days free of charge, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board foresees a fee, the fee specified in the tariff can be charged.
